Port Chilkoot Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery located in Haines, Alaska, founded in 2012 by Sean Copeland and Heather Shade. Housed in a historic building at Fort Seward, the distillery produces locally crafted spirits including Boatwright Bourbon, Wrack Line Rye, Icy Strait Vodka, 50 Fathoms Gin, and Green Siren Absinthe. Its tasting room offers visitors an opportunity to sample Alaska-made spirits while experiencing the history and character of the Chilkat Valley.
